The Beer Chronicles: Cerveza Bohemia

by DG

Living a dope life can get strenuous at times. It’s very important that you stay hydrated with water and craft beers (twice as much water). You can’t be a fake beer connoisseur by yourself though… you need friends. If you don’t have friends with aspirations to live a sober free life then your just a sad drunk; which means you’ll end up listening to Joe Budden when the sun goes down. When that happens, you’ll become a depressed drunk with a shaky memory and have a 79% chance of catching AIDS. Luckily I have friends that care about their future. Last night, we listened to an illegal download of Cruel Summer and drank Bohemia.

The bottle and packaging is very similar to Modelo Negro’s, but the taste isn’t. It’s a good mix between a light and dark beer. The smell isn’t overpowering so if it happens to spill in your vehicle you won’t get a DUI as long as you remain calm. This is more of a stay at home and kick it beer as opposed to something you would order at a bar or lounge. It’s surprisingly strong. I could feel the buzz begin after the 2nd one. It’ll get you to where you need to be, but if you mix it with loneliness and J Cole it can create sleepiness. It’s not a beer that I would drink alone, but it’s perfect to start off a Friday night. Stay dope my friends!
