New Music: 2 New Tupac Diss Records Leak – NY 87′ (Now That’s Dissin) & Watch Yo Mouth

by DG

Tha Dogg Pound ft. 2Pac, DJ Quik & Deadly Threat – NY ’87

Tupac – Watch Yo Mouth

On the NY 87′ track Pac goes after Nas, Dr. Dre, Wendy Williams, De La Soul, Puff and Biggie. On Watch Yo Mouth, Pac and his friends aim their rhymes at Mobb Deep, Biggie & Nas. I don’t know how I feel about this type of music leaking after his death but it’s here so you can put yourself back in 94 for the time being.

Who Has the Best “(Insert Legend Here) Back” Song?

by DG

Audra The Rapper – Left Eye’s Back

Joell Ortiz – Big Pun’s Back Freestyle

Maino Biggie – Is Back

Meek Mill ft. Rick Ross – Tupac Back

Ron Browz – Big L Back

Since Rick Ross and Meek Mill released “Tupac Back” (Who gave them the pass?) a few weeks ago, rappers have been paying homage to their own hometown heroes over the beat. Which one do you think is the best? Do you agree with rappers doing this song?

Meth on Biggie and Pac from Gasface on Vimeo.

Everybody has an opinion about Biggie, Pac and why they died… But only this guy rapped with BIG on Ready To die, and only him would also make the trip to LA and work with Pac… That’d make his opinion worth more than… anybody’s, really. via Gasface

We Been Gone Exclusive: J. Cole Live Performances in Boulder

by DG

J. Cole performing “A Dollar And A Dream” off of his Warm Up mixtape which broke him into the game.

The concert was everything I expected and more. The opening acts (CJ Hilton, K. Michelle) were better than most shows. He kept the energy high throughout the whole concert. If J. Cole is coming to your city I suggest you go check out the show; you won’t be disappointed. Cole World! Hit the jump for a list of songs he performed and his “I Ain’t Mad At Cha” performance.
