Scarlett Johansson appears to be the latest victim of a cell phone hacker ring thought to be responsible for stealing nude photos and videos from at least 50 female celebrities.
And according to website TMZ, Johansson has asked the FBI to investigate how nude photos, which she appears to have taken of herself, were leaked on a website today.
Johansson’s reps didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment. Nor did the FBI.

The 26-year-old actress is not alone, however. Other celebrities reportedly hacked: Jessica Alba, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, Christina Aguilera, Vanessa Hudgens, Ali Larter, and Miley Cyrus.
TMZ reported earlier this year that the FBI was closing in on the ring believed to have broken into the accounts of stars’ cell phones and other computerized devices to obtain the compromising photos and videos.
In March, Hudgens reportedly met with FBI agents to discuss the hacking of her Gmail account.
One report suggested that Alexa Nikolas, an actress on the now-canceled Nickelodeon TV series “Zoey 101,” was responsible for leaking one of the personal photos, a shot of her kissing Hudgens. Nikolas’ lawyer, Neil Meyer, not only denied that report, he said he and Nikolas are cooperating with the FBI to track down whoever obtained and shared the photo of her and Hudgens, which was taken when Nikolas was 14-years-old. (She is now 18).
“For some anonymous blog to say that she was the one who leaked this, it’s like making her a victim twice,” Meyer told ABCNews.com at the time.
If indeed, these photos of Johansson are legit, one question remains: why is she taking nude photos of herself on a cell phone?
Were they meant for her ex-husband Ryan Reynolds or one of the many men, including Sean Penn, she has dated since her marriage ended?
Beth Jones, a senior threat researcher at the Internet security company Sophos, offered a suggestion to Johansson and other stars worried about becoming the victims of hackers.
“I hate to point out the obvious, but not taking nude photos on your phone is your first line of defense. Remember Polaroids?” Jones told ABCNews.com.
