1. Pole Dancing and Strip Aerobics

It’s not just for strippers. Pole-dancing and strip aerobics classes are great sex enhancing workouts. And you don’t have to actually go to a strip club to learn, or take your clothes off. Poll dancing and strip aerobics classes are all over- so check out your local fitness center. The skills you’ll get in shape, learn some fierce moves, boost your self-confidence, and have your man dying to spend his last dollar.

2. Salsa

Put on a hot dress, sexy heels, and salsa girl! You can go solo, or bring your guy along for a steamy salsa (foreplay) session. Salsa is a great total body workout. And most off all, this sex enhancing workout will tighten and tone your buttocks and legs- perfect for when you want to get on top and show your man who’s in charge.

3. Hot Yoga

It’s gettin’ hot in herre! This is one of my favorites. Ever tried yoga? Yoga is great as is. But try doing Downward Facing Dog in a room that’s heated to 100 plus degrees. Hot yoga will help to open up the hips, thighs, pelvis, and strengthen pelvic-floor muscles for deeper and better orgasms.

4. Zumba

Zumba translates to “move fast.” It is a Colombian dance/aerobic class that’s available at just about any fitness center or gym. Like Salsa, Zumba is also a great total body workout. But for those of you that want more of a hip hop feel, Zumba is a great way to get your heart pumping, hips moving, and booty shakin’.

5. Kegel Exercise

You can do them anywhere- at work, in the comfort of your own home, in the shower, on the couch, in bed, etc. Kegel exercises involve simply squeezing and relaxing your vagina muscles. To do the exercise, first imagine that you’re peeing. Now squeeze the same way you do when trying to stop the flow of urine. Hold that squeeze for 10 seconds, relax, and now everything all over again. Kegel exercises help you stay tight down there. So be sure to make kegel exercises a part of your sex enhancing workout. And even better, try doing your kegels while you and your man are actually doing the deed. It’ll be a great workout for you and a sensational treat for him!
