Maya Moore Becomes First Female Athlete Sponsored by Jordan
CNBC’s Darren Rovell reports that former UCONN standout and Minnesota Lynx #1 draft pick Maya Moore has inked a deal with Jordan Brand. JB confirmed this, as Maya Moore will be the first female athlete to be a member of Team Jordan. Jordan Brand has expanded their reach in 2011 signing Pro Bowl linebacker LaMarr Woodley and NASCAR driver Denny Hamlin.
